Thanksgiving

Here are a bunch of pictures from Thanksgiving. My Dad and brother Wayne always fly in from Arizona. This year my sister Alana, her husband Cody and their two kids, Corbyn and Mayleigh drove from Colorado, as well as my brother Ken and his wife, Tracy came from Alabama. Claire hadn't met any of them yet, so it was fun for them to meet. I also loved seeing her with her cousins. Mayleigh is 10 days older than Claire, so we enjoyed having them together for the first time. Claire's cousins, Jaysa and Jaryn LOVE to hold her and sing to her. They are about to have a new baby brother so they are getting lots of practice!

Claire with some of her cousins. She is number 16 in our family and we're not done yet! :)

My Friends

Claire has recently met some new friends! I have some co-workers who have young children too. This picture is of Natalie, Claire and Kaylee. Seeing Claire next to younger babies makes her seem huge!

Our House

It seems like we have been doing some kind of work on our house since we moved in. We recently painted the entry way and the living room. Chad also put in some recessed lighting in the living room, which has made a huge difference! We didn't realize how dim it gets in there with only one light. I love how it is turning out. I still need to do some pictures for the living room, but we'll get there.

The Falls

When Chad and I got engaged, he proposed to me in Sioux Falls, at the Falls. It was in this exact area, so since we went there while in South Dakota, we figured it would be a good idea to take a picture with Claire there too. It was a chilly day, but it didn't even compare to how cold it was the night we got engaged. It was fun to go back there!

Meeting Grandma and Aunt Lish

Here are a couple more pictures from our recent trip to South Dakota. This was the first time Claire got to meet Grandma, my mom. She also got to meet my sister, her Aunt Alicia. It was fun for them to meet, but I wish we would have had more time.
